New Year Resolutions
New year
is a time to give thought to the year we are leaving behind and thinking about
the choices we would like to make for the coming year.
Making
New Year’s resolutions is a way to focus on what’s important to us and how we
can take charge of our life going forward.
Making
things happen in our life is about the intention, most New Years resolutions
fail, here are a few ideas to help you make the resolutions you really want and
how to use them to make changes in your life.
Resolutions
are like goal and goals don’t happen overnight or without a commitment to
change. If you don’t want to feel
like a failure only set realistic resolutions and make a commitment to work at achieving
them.
What will you do differently this year to ensure
you get different results and realise your ambitions?
Be
realistic: Usually the focus of our resolutions
have a wider impact on our life and will call for some real changes, in short
we are looking to reinvent ourselves or some aspect of our life, this involves
changing habits, particularly bad habits. Don’t set unrealistic goals and
expectations.
