When we agree to do things we don’t want to do, we get resentful and eventually we get angry. We can imagine it is the other person forcing or persuading us to do something against our will, but we are responsible for our choices, when we realise that we become angry with ourselves.

It can be hard to start saying NO, we think people won’t like us or we’ll loose all our friends, but think of this, if they are only our friend because we go along with them how can that we a friendship.

When you can truly say NO, then you can say YES

When you say NO to others you are saying YES to yourself
